From the same cheesemaker that makes the Fleurette, this is also a soft, creamy cheese with a natural rind with light moulds. Not too strong or tangy, but with a gentle floral, hazelnut chewy texture. About seven weeks matured and should be enjoyed as a young cheese with lighter white or red wines.
