The orange rind is from the annatto natural colouring, derived from the seeds of the Achiote tree found in sub-tropical zones. The rich cream texture has a subtle aroma of fresh grass and hay, with a mellow taste almost like clotted cream. A delightful cheese to enjoy with crisp white wines or sparkling wine as well as lighter red styles.
