2003 was one of the exceptional years for Port and bottling of a vintage is the January of the second year. There is no filtering and bottles can be kept for 10 years up to 100. Vintage Port should be decanted as there is sediment. Enjoy right at the end of the meal either on its own or with cheese. A superb full flavour.
