TRADITIONAL RENNET

A pure sheep's milk cheese from Tuscany, matured in Cabernet grape wine pressings giving the rind a deep purple/burgundy colour. The taste is fruity and rich, the aroma is a bouquet of red and black fruits with a hint of earth. On the palate the flavours are mellow at first, and sweet, deepening into edgy notes of spice. A lovely cheese board selection.
