Moscato Evien Oro Ressia, Neive, Piedmont. 100% Moscato. This young winemaker took over his grandfather's vineyard and transformed it. Now it is producing organic wines of such distinction and style, that wine experts such as Robert Parker are raving about him. We have brought in a selection of the wines, although it is only a matter of time before this winemaker gets snapped up by one of the big merchants. The Moscato is bright, refreshing and full bodied with a dryness that is unique. Lovely peach and apricot aromas to serve with lobster, or medium strong cheeses such as Castelrosso which is crumbly with a tart nuttiness.
