Cow Semi-Soft

Semi-hard smooth textured cheese with pale gold/beige washed brushed crust. The pale ivory paté has a layer of blue/black edible ash and vegetable extract across its centre to separate the morning and evening milks used in the layers. Mild with a fresh milky nutty flavour when young, becoming richer and more pronounced with age.
