milk & Cream workshop

Patricia will be joining Alessandro for this workshop. Together they will explore simple cheesemaking techniques with a delicate curd cheese made from Organic Ivy House Milk. Alessandro will prepare a summery herb & curd salad followed by Patricia's decadently rich Torta – layering Mascarpone with Gorgonzola Naturale & basil with walnut toast. To show the versatility of the curd we will also serve it as a sweet dish paired with Regents Park Honeycomb & homemade ginger snaps.
