We have purposely brought in younger style cheeses for the summer months, to serve with salads, especially tomato salads dressed simply with Extra Virgin olive oil and the lighter style grapey Verjuice. From autumn onwards we will have more aged versions to serve with Walnuts. The cheese has a distinctive style from the salty humidity
