This classic Pyrenees sweet wine to serve chilled alongside the local sheep's cheeses, Ossau, Laruns, fresh sheep's milk curd and Ricotta, and goat's cheeses. The flavours coming through are a lively refreshing sweetness with a beautiful scent. Very refreshing when served with Fois Gras too.
