50% Chardonnay, 50% Savagnin. Domaine Ganevat nestles by the side of a hill, and the vineyards are run on biodynamic lines. Jean-Francois has an amazing sense of taste and respect for the terroir (soil) around him. This Jura wine has all the characteristics of zesty fruit of the Savagnin with the silky creamy, nutty taste of the Chardonnay. The surprise is the sense of earthy structure due to the winemakers style. Ideal with Comte and Beaufort.
