Fresh and rindless with a mousse-like texture. Simple by design, with delicate notes of the pasture, and a distant citric finish, they are produced in four versions; ash, rosemary, pink peppercorn, or plain. Fantastic on its own, its major strength is its versatility: salads, sandwiches, breakfast alongside smoked salmon – a lovely little addition to the cheese room.
