This rosé is made by ‘bleeding’ Negrette, Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon, after a cold pre-fermentation maceration and with up to five months on its lees. Fresh, floral, full-bodied and rich, with plenty of fruit on the palate and a herbal fresh rounded ending.
