We invite for a tasting of some of the finest examples of spring cheese, experiencing a true taste of the terroir. As the herds roam the spring pastures we begin to see the best of the fresh goat & ewe’s cheeses.

Tutored by Ed Billins, the tasting will explore the pairing flavours of Provence, Languedoc Roussillon to the Pyrenees with a southwest French white wine, as Ed guides guests through a tasting from a delicate Sariette de Banon to Zelu Koloria – a rare treat as blue cheeses are not usually made in this area.

We then move over to Italy, beginning with a selection of charcuterie with a rich creamy Burrata from Puglia, followed by a selection of cheese including the earthy Caprini Tartufo to Blu di Pecora paired with a Barbera d’Asti.
