We invite you to join us up in the high mountain regions of France, Germany & Italy for a seasonal tasting supper of local artisan cheese, charcuterie and wine.
Over a glass of Cremant de Bourgogne our chef will demonstrate one of our signature dishes Tartiflette: a baked dish of potato, lardons, crème fraiche & reblochon.
For the first part of the seated tasting Patricia will tutor a tasting of three wines from Haut Jura with a classic pairing of Morbier, Comte d'Estive & Bleu de Gex
Guests will then be served a warming winter supper of Tartiflette with Morteau sausages paired with a Gamay from the Savoie wine maker Rene Quenard.
Supper will end on a sweet note in the Piedmont region with a chocolate & hazelnut dessert paired with a glass of Brachetto, a red frizzante with an aroma reminiscent of old roses - and particularly good with chocolate.
This promises to be a delicious hearty supper in a cosy candlelit La Fromagerie.
