Made to Patricia's own recipe: three-year-aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, two-year-aged Grana Padano, along with four pecorinos from Tuscany, Sardinia & Umbria, Cadours Purple Garlic, Basil, Tuscan Pinenuts & Ligurian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Elena Luigi.
A perfect pairing with handmade pasta from fifth generation pasta makers Pastificio Morelli in Tuscany. The pesto is also delicious with chicken, pork & roast Mediterranean vegetables.

Pasta: serves 4; Pesto: 8 servings (approx)
Our Pesto is packed with powerful flavours & will go quite a long way, so we suggest you add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pesto before stirring into the pasta.
