Best served lightly chilled. The Beer Frometon was developed in collaboration with Philippe Olivier, a Master-cheesemonger based in Boulogne. It is about a beer on dregs of high fermentation with 7% alcohol. The mixture of the malted barleys and choice of an aromatic hops is how this beer draws its original perfume. The balance of its fruity nose and its delicate bitterness also lends itself quite naturally to the local cheeses of the region which Philippe Olivier has championed and revived. Christophe Noyon and his wife have realised their dream because they finally built their own brewery on their beautiful farm in Tardighem overlooking the majestic Opal Coast. You can also visit the farm and the brewery to gain a better insight to their work.
