&lt;p&gt;Some of you will remember the last Danish breakfast workshop, when Trina treated us to the most sublime Danish pastries and hot chocolate. This time Trina will introduce us to the first chapter, &lt;strong&gt;BREAKFAST,&lt;/strong&gt; in her new book, &lt;strong&gt;The Nordic Diet&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; with the most simple and delicious recipes proving that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. 			<title>Burns Night Supper</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;In&lt;strong&gt; January&lt;/strong&gt; we will be enjoying our annual &lt;strong&gt;Burns Night Supper&lt;/strong&gt; with &lt;strong&gt;Rabbie Burns&lt;/strong&gt; and drams of whisky&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Robert Burns&lt;/strong&gt;; poet and balladeer, Scotland's favourite son and champion of the common people. Every January, Scots along with anyone partial to haggis, take time out to honour a national icon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We will be toasting our &lt;strong&gt;Burns Night Celebration&lt;/strong&gt; with Compass Box Whisky, renowned for making small batch, hand crafted Scotch whiskies in distinctive &amp;amp; original styles, these whiskies have a wide appeal even for those who do not consider themselves whisky drinkers. Guests will enjoy a delicious whisky laced supper of classic &lt;strong&gt;Scottish fare&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;strong&gt;Cock-a-Leekie Soup&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Scottish Smoked Salmon&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;amp; the ubiquitous &lt;strong&gt;Haggis with 'Neeps &amp;amp; Tattis'&lt;/strong&gt; followed by &lt;strong&gt;Typsy Laird&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;amp; a Cheese Plate with &lt;strong&gt;Scottish oatcakes&lt;/strong&gt; washed down with liberal tots of very good Scotch whisky- accompanied by Bagpipes and a fabulous &amp;amp; theatrical rendition of &lt;strong&gt;'Ode to a Haggis'&lt;/strong&gt; which all makes for a really enjoyable evening. &lt;p&gt;The seated tasting will take us to &lt;strong&gt;Piedmont &lt;/strong&gt;with &lt;strong&gt;wild mushrooms&lt;/strong&gt; paired with &lt;strong&gt;Roccaverano&lt;/strong&gt;, a goat's cheese made to an old traditional recipe from the &lt;strong&gt;Langhe&lt;/strong&gt;; we then head over the border to the &lt;strong&gt;Haute Savoie&lt;/strong&gt; to enjoy a warming dish of the classic &lt;strong&gt;Tartiflette&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
