Produced outside of Totnes in a picturesque setting; the River Dart meanders through the property, ensuring the pastures are lush and full of nutrients and diverse in their flora. This Jersey milk cheese is a triple cream – full fat milk with cream added in the cheesemaking process – and is not dissimilar to its French counterparts Chaource or Brillat Savarin. The flavours are earthy and nutty, with a rich buttery finish.
