Below we have listed some of our fabulous drystore goods, however there are many other things that we stock throughout the year making it an eclectic mix - if you do not see what you are looking for please ask. We are also happy to assist with information on preparation & regional menu ideas.

Oil & Vinegar

Aged Balsamics from Modena & aromatic herb & spiced vinegars from Volpaia. Various extra virgin olive oils carefully sourced to cover all spectrum of tastes. From Provençal, Moulin de Callas grown in the hills above Grasse. Our Ligurian oil is from Elena Luigi; in the kitchen we use a Calabrian olive oil Macri, Our Tuscan oils are. From Tuscany San Polino, an organically produced oil from Olivastra olives an indigenous variety to Montalcino, and La Macie de Ponte alle Granchiai.
From Moulin de la Tour in the Dordogne, walnut & hazelnut oil, or raspberry & walnut vinegars including an exceptional walnut mustard.

Pulses, Rice & Pasta

From Norcia we have Castelluccio Lentils, Fave, Cannellini & Chickpeas along with Strangozzi 'rope' pasta. From Venice we have the colourful Harlequin pasta ribbons - perfect with shellfish sauces. Coarse Polenta, Black Rice & Carnoroli Rice from Piedmont. From Marche we have sourced Lima beans, Farro & Cicerchia.

From France we have the highly prized Flageolet beans known as 'the caviar of beans' an essential in French cooking.

Coffee & Tea

Le Piantagioni Coffee, renowned throughout Italy, is produced by Carlalberto Relli just outside Florence. Beans are grown on their company owned plantations in Bolivia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, India and Brazil. The beans are then imported to their roasting plant outside Florence producing a coffee of exceptional quality.
Herb teas from Milly la Forêt, a protected area outside Paris renowned for peppermint they also produce excellent lemon verbena, lime blossom & hibiscus. We also stock various leaf teas from Robert Wilson's Sri Lankan Estates

Jams, Chutneys & Other Jars

Our kitchen make seasonal jams, chutneys & pickles throughout the year. Luscious summer fruit jams & bramble fruit & herb jellies; chutneys include spiced green tomato, piccalilli & onion marmalade all perfect accompaniments to cold roast meats & mature farm house cheeses such as Keens cheddar & Beaufort Chalet d'Alpage. Not forgetting Patricia's homemade Pesto made with five different Pecorinos.
From the Pyrenees & Valtelina we have an extensive selection of herb & floral honeys including a fabulous cut honey comb. Various mostarda fruits from Mantova, the essential accompaniment to Bolito Misto & other essential condiments including Anchoïade, various Mustards & Black Truffle Paste.

Seasonings & Other Ingredients

From wet sea salt from Ile de Ré to organic seasalt from Sicily. Vegetable stock cubes & stock powder from Veneto.
Dried 1st grade Porcini & organic Pinenuts from Liguria; Peppercorns, Cinnamon & Nutmeg from Sri Lanka.
From Madame Vie in Toulouse we have violet syrup, tea & essence, complemented by lavender or rosemary essence from Castle Farm in Kent
