40% Merlot, 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache. A beautiful wine for easy Spring to Autumn drinking to pair with grilled meats and cheeses. Traditional wine making in vats wth two different fermentation methods. A short maceration, one week for Syrah and Grenache to get the fruit taste and a three week maceration for the Merlot incorporating pigeage (pushing the skins etc back into wine). The wine is blended after winter has passed and ageing takes place in tanks, with bottling taking place in Spring. Deep garnet with purple hint and a full bodied aroma of red fruits, blueberries, spice and tobacco.
