Chemin des Oliviers Vineyard, located at the crossroads of Provence and Languedoc, this vineyard produces some of the greatest vintages of the Rhone Valley. Clay, limestone, chalk and sand give this wine a taste that is richly fruity with violet and blackcurrant. There is a fine quality to this wine, with its accent on softer, creamier tannins, making this an ideal wine for cured meats and lighter lunch dishes, as well as medium-hard to mature cheeses. The vinification and maturation combine both tradition and modernity in style and structure.
