Cow Semi-Hard

A pasteurised cow’s milk cheese using vegetable rennet. A crumbly textured cheese rather like a Caerphilly and covered with nettle leaves. The citrus tangy taste in young cheeses mellows out after maturing and the aroma is very gentle and subtle.
