Christmas Workshop with Trine Hahnemann

We are delighted to welcome Trine Hahnemann back from a frosty Copenhagen, for a delicious breakfast workshop featuring some of her favourite dishes she and her family have often enjoyed on Christmas morning. From homemade Christmas Danish pastries filled with handmade Marzipan, Blueberry Smoothies, followed by æggekage - eggs Danish style. Finishing with a Christmas cured salmon with toasted rye bread and apple salad with horseradish alongside a chilled glass of Crémant d'Alsace.
This food will be the perfect inspiration as we begin the Christmas festivities; fresh, seasonal delicious food with a decadent edge.
