Chocolate Week runs from 12^th - 18^th October 2009. It is a time of pure indulgence involving the country's best chocolatiers and chocolate shops holding events all over the UK.
On Saturday 17^th October we are delighted to be joined by The Chocolate Consultant, Louise Thomas who also works with the award winning chocolate shop in Notting Hill ...melt...

The workshop begins at 9.30am, on arrival guests will be offered Le Piantagioni coffee, juice breakfast pastries and homemade chocolate chip & banana muffins.

Throughout the chocolate workshop and tasting Louise will be discussing the history and origins of chocolate including the process - from bean to bonbon. Guests will be tasting chocolate in all its forms including exploring different origins of chocolate used by Melt.

Louise will demonstrate how to make three hot chocolates: Aztec, European and single origin, using Single Origin Hot Chocolate blocks from ...melt...

This promises to be a deliciously indulgent tasting workshop with an informative edge.

At the end guests will be given a ...melt... goodie bag containing recipes, chocolate and homemade chocolate fudge.
