Negrette (60%) with blend of Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon (20% each); Situated on a 32 acre property south of Toulouse, Jean-Luc and Frederic Ribes take full advantage of the terroir in producing robust tasting wines. We chose this for our house wine as it packs a punch for the money and is extremely versatile, insofar as it pairs beautifully with cheese as well as simple style foods and more complex stews. Lovely hits of cherry and spice make this a great modern style everyday wine.
