50% Ugni Blanc, 50% Colombard. The Vineyards of Jean-Luc and Frederic Ribes are situated just north of Toulouse, and this light, zesty wine is produced from the vines of the next property as their own land is mostly used for red wine production. This is a very refreshing wine with an aromatic citrus nose which is unusually pronounced for these grape varieties. The wine is light and refreshing on the palate with the same citrus notes coming through but an added herbaceousness to add interest.
