TRADITIONAL RENNET

A soft, hand-moulded, and distinctly flavoured conical-shaped cheese. The reddish-gold rind is paprika-coated, drawing contrast to the pate, a mottled green that has been enriched with tarragon, parsley, crushed cloves, salt and pepper. A rather strong, definitive taste requiring a good beer or traditional gin as ideal accompaniments.
