Soft and distinctly flavoured conical shaped cheese. Reddish gold paprika coated hand moulded cheese made with the same curd as Maroilles and enriched with tarragon, parsley, crushed cloves, salt and pepper. A rather strong, definitive taste requiring a good beer or traditional gin as accompaniment. HAND MADE
