A biodynamic farm situated in the beautiful mountain countryside in Southern Germany close to the Austrian/Swiss border. The strict adherence to bio-dynamics allows the herd to consume exceptionally high quality grass, which makes their milk yield taste rich, dense and fruity. The extra aged cheeses are over 17 months and have a full bodied nutty, toasty edge.
