A delightful cheese wrapped in chestnut leaves. Predominately goat's milk, the cheesemakers add small amounts of ewe's and cow's milk – common in the region – to increase both sweetness and richness. A perfect contrast to the region's harder cheese, the leaf-wrap imbues a slight woodiness to the brighter lactic flavours.
