ORANGE IS THE NEW K
A modern bio natural style but from an old method of winemaking.  Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with cheese This is a great light hearted natural wine with The familiar silky velvet Gewurz style is not lost in this original natural wine, showcasing some of the exotic aromas and flavours of the grape style. The wine has retained the fine grape profile of spice, yet the maceration has given it a light dry vegetal note. The grapes were harvested on 22 Sept 2022 and ageing in barrels during the winter before bottling in April 2023. Limited availability

NATUR'RIESLING BIO
Organic and no added sulphites with a beautiful pale yellow colour in the glass and you will find aromas of white flowers, fennel and anise.  The taste has citrus notes anda lovely persistent acidity.  A perfect wine for seafood.as well as light, fresh goat cheeses

PINOT NOIR CUVEE DU FOU    BIO 2022
Pinot grapes are often difficult to handle, but this is an ample and balanced wine, where the grape restores the elegance of soft fruits like raspberry coming to the fore. The tannins are silky giving the wine its power and harmony. A beautiful red hue with aromas of black currants and fruity wild berries.  This is a lovely red to enjoy with all cheese especially Brie styles or bloomy rinds and light creamy blues.

MUSCAT VIEILLE VIGNES BIO 2021
Muscat is a sweet wine but not cloyingly sweet, the vineyard's microclimate is truly wonderful to perfect maturity of the grapes producing find, full bodied and mellow wines.  The aromas are expressive and not too heady, as Muscat has a freshness that makes it great as an aperitif served chilled, or alongside a cheese board of milder cow, goat or ewe's milk cheeses and light, creamy blues. Perhaps macerate with summer berries for dessert or poured over fior de latte for a refreshing summer dessert!
It is a wine less known but as we enjoy delving into the wines unchartered this is one to savour and enjoy now in summer but also in winter as a dessert wine at the end of the meal or with blue cheese.
