This is a strong and spicy goat’s milk blue cheese from a very fertile area of Spain, with excellent wines, olive oils, fruits, nuts and of course cheese. The vibrant goaty aroma and spicy taste is typical of the style and is best partnered with strong wines or a sweet dessert style wine with plenty of body. Limited production.
