We are delighted to invite you to the first in a series of collaborations with this legendary champagne house Billecart-Salmon.

We have spent the past few months exploring the pairings of Champagne with farmhouse cheese and for this evening we will be joined by one of Billecart-Salmon's experts, James Thomas, who will conduct a tutored tasting of Rosé, Brut, Vintage & Demi Sec Champagnes paired with a series of tasting plates devised by Patricia Michelson. From our signature Beaufort Chalet d'Alpage paired with a Brut NV to a Colston Bassett Stilton paired with Demi Sec it promises to be a decadent & insightful tutored tasting of Billecart-Salmon as we explore the diversity and complexities of Champagne - making it so much more than just an aperitif.
