Chapters include ideas for quick healthy breakfasts, fast lunches, nursery teas, cook-ahead ideas, after-work suppers and dinners with friends.

The Author: Bill Granger has always had a passion for cooking.  He is a self-taught cook with a strong philosophy that food should always be a joy, never a chore.  A successful restaurateur in both Sydney and Tokyo he has also had several international best selling books along with his popular television series, Bills Food

His easy-going approach to food is an essential element to his enduring popularity in Australia and the UK. La Fromagerie is delighted to be joined by Bill for this special one off tasting event

On arrival guests will enjoy Le Piantagioni Coffee, Hot Valrhona chocolate and freshly squeezed orange juice; Bill will talk about his book and demonstrate various recipes throughout the workshop whilst guests enjoy homemade warm Pumpkin and Cinnamon muffins (Pg 20) & Banana Bread (Pg 18) followed by Rhubarb and Strawberry Breakfast Crisp (Pg 13) and then an Alsatian Bacon & Egg Tart (Pg 28) accompanied by a glass of chilled Prosecco

This promises to be a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning with delicious food and inspiring recipes. After the event Bill will be delighted to sign copies of his book.
