We are delighted to be joined again by Bill Granger for another one of his delicious brunch tasting workshops. Taking inspiration from all the beautiful spring produce Bill will be teaching us about the art of the perfect brunch using some of his favourite recipes.

On arrival guests will enjoy Le Piantagioni Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice; Bill will demonstrate his spring brunch recipes of ricotta hot cakes and his signature dish of the best scrambled eggs with sour dough toast,
Every Saturday, La Fromagerie has an abundance of fresh seasonal produce delivered from markets and local growers. So leave your shopping list at home as Bill demonstrates the art of 'letting the ingredients inspire your dishes' as he devises a perfect brunch dish using spring produce delivered that morning. Whatever he chooses we are sure it will pair beautifully with a glass of Prosecco.
As with all Bill's recipes they are fresh, vibrant and delicious, he makes it all look effortlessly simple encouraging everyone to cook recipes that answer the day-to-day food dilemmas of modern families.
