We are delighted to invite you to join us for supper with Bill Granger, chef, restaurateur & food writer, when we will be celebrating his new book Bill's Basics, over 100 of his favourite dishes, fresh healthy flavours - simple, effortless recipes with a modern twist - perfect for our busy lives.
On arrival, a chilled glass of Crémant d'Alsace offered with mini chickpea burgers and some of Bill's dips with raw vegetables. Over the aperitif Bill will be talking about his inspirations behind the book and his food.
He has given some classic French dishes a modern twist which we will be serving for this evening using La Fromagerie seasonal produce.
Supper will begin with a Salad of Lentils, Roast Beetroot & Celery with Fattoush & homemade labna made by Patricia. Followed by a deliciously  summer version of Coq au Vin alongside roast vegetables, Crème Fraiche Mash and Bills everyday green salad will be the perfect main course.
For dessert we will be preparing his Plum jam tart made with Quetsche plums served with Fiori di Latte icecream.
Each course will be paired with a wine; supper will finish with Le Piantagioni Coffee & bitter chocolate truffles.
