A high mountain ‘alpine’ cheese made by a small artisan cheesemaking community using raw milk. Looking rather like a Savoie style Abondance cheese with a smooth brushed hard crustand housing a supple nutty tasting cheese with an intense fruity flavour, this is a rare treat.
