Cow Semi-Hard

A rustic farmhouse cheese with the earthy mushroom aromas to remind us of its origins. The supple texture to the crust is washed giving it a rosy glow and the paté is semi-hard with tiny pinholes. The taste is unique with a zingy tingle on the tongue, yet mellow and nutty as an overall sensation, making a good match with the wines of the Pays d’Oc.
