Made by the Sibratsgfaell Co-op in Austria In the style of an Alsace Munster this is a young (3 week cheese when it arrives here) brine washed and then washed again in our cellar with a Gewurtztraminer wine. The aroma is meaty and strong and the taste fruity and spicy.
