Perfect your cooking techniques as our head chef Alessandro Grano takes you through a dish step by step. Focusing on the artichoke, he will show you a quick easy way to prepare & cook artichokes, as well as well as an in-depth demonstration on making fresh pasta, finishing with the perfect plate of pan-fried artichokes with fettuccine & ricotta. At the end of the workshop guests will sample a plate with a glass of wine, finishing with a Q & A with Alessandro – leaving just enough time for a spot of shopping.
