Our love affair with Paris continues as we invite you to La Fromagerie for an evening of classic French fare.
The evening will begin with Crèmant de Bourgogne offered with gougere & Terrine de Maison with cornichons.
For supper, a delicate soufflé of spring goat cheese with pea leaves or a deliciously garlicky dish of L'Escargot Anglais.
For main course the quintessential Parisian brasserie dish of Côtes de Boeuf with duck fat 'chips' & Béarnaise.
The cheese room will choose a spring cheese plate, which Patricia will talk guests through.
Finishing with Crème Brûlée or Pot au Chocolat - all paired with French wines.

This promises to be a really delicious evening, one of our favourite events that we hold every year.
