All Hallows Cheese & Wine Tasting at La Fromagerie

On Friday October 30^th we will be hosting a celebratory seasonal tasting event as we transform the shop into a cosy candlelit emporium of glowing pumpkins celebrating the best of autumn produce.

We invite you to indulge in a tasting of five regional areas stationed around the shop from the Opal Coast on the north coast of France with Camembert and Pont l'Eveque paired with a local cider and beer onto the Haut Savoie with Vacherin du Mont d'Or and melted Raclette paired with a Chignin white wine, we then head down to the Auvergne for a perfect red wine and cheese pairing full of earthy autumnal flavours.

The tasting will finish in the northern Italian regions as guests sample cheese, wine and charcuterie from Lombardy, Alto Adige and Piedmont. To complement all of this our kitchen will devise some delicious tasters from polenta with wild mushrooms to pumpkin and truffle 'shots' and roast cobnuts and chestnuts.

This promises to be a delicious and festive way for friends to enjoy an evening of delicious food & wine as you to start your Halloween celebrations.
Please note that this is a standing event, however benches will be placed around the shop.
