Cow Goat Semi-Hard

This is mixed cow and goat's milk cheese from the mountain region above Lake Como. The natually formed thin outside crust has bloomy moulds and inside the cheese is tender and crumbly. The taste is light and nutty with gentle floral accents at the end. A perfect cheese for crisp fruity white wines or indeed flavoured fruit beers.
