This 40% proof liqueur is made with the old-fashioned slower method using a bain-marie. The ingredients are sour cherries from Le Marche, water for Mount Nerone and grape reidues (pips, skins and stalks). The distillation has been termed ethereal with a smooth roundness that underlies a clean, clear and fiery power.
